FICTIONAL CLIENT BRIEF
NOT A CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

Adapted from JP-001: a fictional comparison of five scheduling SaaS products. The original mock deliverable passed an independent AI content review (QUALITY_PASS); that result does not extend to other industries, specialist research or customer outcomes. This is a public excerpt, not the complete paid deliverable or a new independent approval of this HTML version.

SAMPLE / FICTIONAL — Japan Competitor Snapshot

Fictional brief: Northstar Scheduling, an invented overseas SaaS company, wants a public-source comparison of meeting-scheduling products with Japanese official information. This is not a client engagement, testimonial or commercial recommendation. Product companies below are real comparison subjects, not our customers or partners.

Historical snapshot: 13 September 2026, JST. Adapted on 14 September 2026 from the JP-001 mock dataset. Prices have not been refreshed for this public excerpt. Check the sources again before a purchasing decision. No accounts, payments, vendor inquiries or authenticated product tests were performed.

What this excerpt shows

The five products use different billing units and free-use limits. Annual monthly equivalents are kept separate from monthly billing. A Japanese page does not by itself establish that a human support agent will answer in Japanese.

The paid Snapshot contains the agreed comparison fields and a full claim-level evidence log. This public sample shows a shorter comparison plus ten pricing evidence records.

Product / normal entry paid planMonthly display, JPYAnnual monthly equivalent, JPYUnit and taxPrice-source IDs

These are displayed base prices, not all-in quotes or an ordering of equivalent plans. Sources and check timestamps are in the pricing evidence excerpt.

ProductOngoing free access vs separate trialImportant comparison limit
TimeRexOngoing Free; combined availability of two people's schedules. Separate Premium trial approximately two weeksTwo schedules is not a general limit on meeting attendees. Annual help contains a conflicting debit sentence; verify the invoice total
JicooIndividual free plan; three calendar connections per person. Separate 14-day Business trialUse the new-subscriber plans after the 27 August 2026 update; older plan names can mislead
eeasyCorporate users with fewer than six counted adjustments are free. Individual basic access is separate. Corporate and individual trials each advertise one monthReceiving/responding and rescheduling can count. Group booking pages have a separate option price
SpirFree within two users/three availability links. Price page uses both 30 days and one month for the trialDo not equate 30 days with one calendar month, or free users with paid-seat invoicing
ScheconFree allows eight successfully arranged hosted schedules per month; a separate current paid-tier trial was unconfirmedStandard's 20 arranged hosted schedules, unknown billing unit and tax conflict prevent an unqualified cheapest-plan claim

Japanese-language availability

Japanese official pages were available for all five. Japanese UI was documented in vendor materials, without an authenticated test of every screen. Some language statements were older, including eeasy's December 2023 FAQ statement and a Schecon vendor comparison article. Human support reply language remained unconfirmed for all five. A Japanese inquiry form or a staffed chat description is insufficient proof.

UI sources: TimeRex language announcement, Jicoo help, eeasy FAQ, Spir price page, Schecon vendor article. Historical check date: 2026-09-13 JST.

Open questions for the buyer

  1. Confirm the total annual invoice and minimum quantities before comparing costs.
  2. Resolve Schecon's conflicting tax statements with the vendor. Do not silently select one.
  3. Confirm the Japanese human-support requirement if it affects procurement.
  4. Decide which scheduling unit matters for the use case before comparing free-use allowances.

Additional source locators: TimeRex billing help, Jicoo plan update, eeasy personal plan, Schecon seller disclosure. These are links from the historical mock research, not new contact or purchase actions.

SAMPLE / FICTIONAL. This excerpt establishes neither demand, sales, customer outcomes nor the best market-entry decision.
